Founding centers opening 2026 — Gurgaon (Oncology, Oct) & Jaipur (Dialysis, Dec)
Kintsu Care — Care. Anywhere.

Why "Kintsu"

Named after Kintsugi — repairing what's broken, visibly and stronger.

Cancer and dialysis care in India are often fragmented across specialists, centers and paperwork. Kintsu is building two dedicated centers and a shared record — the Passport — to hold that journey together from the start, rather than patching it after the fact.

Kintsugi (金継ぎ) is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with seams of gold — treating breakage and repair as part of an object's history, not something to hide. It's the idea behind our name: a fragmented care journey, made whole and visibly stronger where it's been rejoined.

A white ceramic bowl, broken and rejoined with bold, glowing seams of gold in the style of kintsugi

Every seam represents a handoff in care — referral, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up — rejoined in gold rather than left to break.

Where things stand

Building in the open, on a fixed timeline.

Kintsu is pre-launch. Here's exactly what's real today and what's coming next — no vague promises.

  1. Now

    Care Passport in testing

The record-and-coordination platform is built and undergoing internal testing ahead of center launch.

  2. Now

    Angel round closing

Kintsu's angel funding round is active and closing soon, backing the Gurgaon and Jaipur build-out.

  3. October 2026

    Gurgaon oncology center opens

Kintsu's first care center — day-care oncology treatment — opens its doors in Gurgaon.

  4. December 2026

    Jaipur dialysis center opens

Kintsu's second center opens in Jaipur, offering coordinated dialysis care on the same Passport.

How we're building

Clinical discipline, designed in from the first blueprint.

Because both centers are being built from scratch, protocols, escalation paths and documentation standards are part of the design — not retrofitted after opening.

Readiness before treatment

Structured verification of records, approvals and clinical prerequisites before any session begins.

Documented workflows

Role-based actions, timestamps and handoffs recorded through the Passport from day one.

Clear escalation paths

Exceptions route to a named clinical or operational owner, not a general queue.

Built to measure quality

Operational dashboards are part of the Passport, so quality can be tracked from the first patient.

Beyond our own centers

The same system, built to run any center — not just ours.

The Passport is the patient-facing layer of a broader operating system — Kintsu Digital - Oncology and Kintsu Digital - Dialysis — that any oncology or dialysis center in India will be able to license as software, whether or not they're run by Kintsu.
